Due to the nature of our work, return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased. Please review the details below before placing an order.
Bridal Bouquet Preservation
Bridal bouquet preservation pieces are final sale. Each are created using flowers provided to us during the drop-off and are fully customized. Once preservation work has began returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted.

Pressed Floral Art & Art Prints
Returns on ready-made pressed floral art and art prints are accepted within 5 days of delivery or pick-up, provided the item is:

Returned in original packaging

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item so we can assist you.
